Reliable Healthcare Solutions is a locally owned and operated company based in Morgantown, West Virginia. We are not part of a franchise, instead, we are part of the community for which we work and live. Our employees go through initial and on-going training to enhance their skills and ensure they are current with the latest guidelines. It is our responsibility to make sure our certified home health aides, nurse aides, and companions are the best in the business.
Reliable was founded by Joe Lombardi and Brian Schnopp not as a mere business opportunity, but rather out of a response to personal experiences. Having experienced in their own families the hardships associated with caring for loved ones in difficult points of life, they wanted to help others experiencing similar situations.

Many people have asked me... "why a home health private duty company?" It really came as a result of a couple personal issues I experienced in my own family. Both my wife and my mother had developed home health needs that were greater than I could meet on my own. We wanted to ensure that other families going through similar situations would have a compassionate and reliable option.

We created Reliable Healthcare Solutions out of a pure need both personally and by what we saw in our own community. We want to give families and individuals the peace of mind they want and deserve. I know from experience the hardships associated with caring for loved ones on your own. Our company can alleviate these stresses through compassionate care in the home.
